At Chesapeake Skin Solutions, we want to help you look and feel great. Our experienced medical team has performed thousands of cosmetic medical treatments including laser hair removal, Botox, and other skin rejuvenation procedures. Medspa Policies
We look forward to treating you in a safe environment! These are the safety protocols we have implemented:
Clients and staff will be required to wear a protective face mask.
Clients and staff will need to be free of COVID-19 symptoms. If you currently feel sick, please stay at home, call our office at (443) 686‑8062 to reschedule your appointment, and call your physician. This is especially important if you have symptoms of COVID-19 illness (i.e. fever, cough, sneezing, runny nose, muscle aches, nausea, diarrhea, loss of taste or smell, or shortness of breath). The same thing applies if you have had any of these symptoms within the past 14 days or have a family member who is ill.
The only guests that will be permitted in our office are those with scheduled appointments. Please do not bring children or guests to your appointment as only one client is allowed with our medical provider at a time.
As usual, our treatment room will be disinfected by the service provider prior to the start of each day, between each client, and at the end of each day.
Check-In Processes:
A MyPatientNOW invite will be emailed to you prior to your first appointment. Please complete the required new patient paperwork online prior to your appointment.
Please arrive within 5 minutes of your scheduled appointment time and text (443) 686-8062 upon arrival with your full name. Our provider will then meet you in the waiting room.
Appointments:
We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. However, when you do not call to cancel an appointment, you may be preventing another patient from getting a much-needed service. Conversely, the situation may arise where another patient fails to cancel, and we are unable to schedule you for an appointment. If you don't show for an appointment or an appointment is not canceled at least 24 hours in advance, you are subject to a fifty-dollar ($50.00) fee. Please note, when you schedule an appointment, that is your acceptance of the policies.
Please arrive on time to your appointment, we cannot guarantee appointments for late arrivals. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late for their appointment will need to reschedule.
Payments:
Because our practice is limited to elective aesthetic medicine, we do not bill insurance. All prices are subject to change without notice. Special offers and discounts may not be combined. When presented with more than one discount opportunity, we will automatically give patients the discount of greater value at the time of purchase. We accept cash, Visa®, Mastercard®, Discover®, and Chesapeake Skin Solutions Gift Cards; we do not accept checks.
Refunds:
At Chesapeake Skin Solutions, it is our mission to provide you with the highest quality skin care products with our services! In the event you purchase any of our skin care products for home use and find them to be defective, we will exchange or refund any products within 15 days of purchase. While we strive to make our clients as happy as possible all services and package sales are final.
Gift Cards:
Chesapeake Skin Solutions Gift Cards make an ideal gift for any occasion and are available in any dollar amount. The gift cards may be purchased online at https://chesapeakeskin.boomtime.com/lgift or at the office. Gift cards are redeemable for products and services - gift cards are not redeemable for cash. Chesapeake Skin Solutions cannot assume responsibility for lost or stolen gift cards.
